You can easily customise the theme to your own needs - we supply the original Fireworks file, so you can modify the graphical slices to your heart’s content, creating entirely new looks, without every having to even touch a single line of code.

Alternatively, if you don’t have Fireworks or a compatible graphics package, you can still change all the elements - it just takes a little longer.

As you can see, the file above doesn’t much look like a theme, but all the elements are there, and they’re easy to edit Fireworks objects, neatly labelled with instructions, including what to do for Internet Explorer compatibility, colouring and so on. You may need a little practice, but soon you’ll be proficient in modifying the theme.

Widget Spaces

Where would WordPress fans be without widgets?  What started as a hugely popular plugin became integrated into the application, and it’s moved on user control of layout in a WordPress site to new levels.

Anvil features two widget spaces - the right hand sidebar, and the top right bar which, on this site, shows some Google Adsense content.
