You get not only a widgeted sidebar, but a handy spot on the top right where you can place your own adsense code (it’s been designed for 468×60 banners) inside a text widget, or, of course, you can put any other widget there if you like.

If you don’t put anything there it’ll run one of our adsense accounts. You don’t have to keep that, but if you do then the small amount of revenue might help us to make the next GPL theme, and to keep this supported.

You’ll notice that theme comes with a bonus widget too - an ICIT (shorthand for Interconnect IT) Navigation Widget. Use this to get all your navigation and links into one neat block on your sidebar. Or you can use the standard WordPress widgets. The joy of this system is that you choose.
