This theme, Anvil is designed to provide a platform for web designers, bloggers and other website owners with limited css and xhtml skills, but great design skills, to customise in order to create their own look. All you need is a copy of Fireworks or something compatible, a little editing of some parameters in a simple file, and suddenly you have a whole new look for your site.
